1. Polish the nail white.
2. Polish three-quarters of the white over with red.
3. Polish half of the red over with blue.
4. Polish half of the red over with red glitter. Polish half of the blue over with blue glitter.
5. With a striper brush and white polish, make a “t” to separate the four squares. Write “July” in red and blue rhinestones. Apply top coat.
