1. Polish the nail with CND Oilslick. Water down your red acrylic paint (so it dries faster), then draw a wide heart with a tail. 

2. Draw two side-by-side black zeros at the top of the heart. Add a U-shaped mouth.

3. Fill in the mouth and eyes with white paint. Add black dots for pupils. Add a yellow halo. Accent the pupils with white. Apply top coat.
