1. Apply white acrylic paint over the entire nail.
2. Use yellow paint to create the silhouette of a sea lizard.
3. Add green hair. Accent features, like the tail, with green and pink paint.
4. Detail the eyes, nose, face, and tail in black. Outline in black. Apply top coat.
