Misa Cosmetics partnered with Philadelphia-based digital platform and creative agency Femme & Fortune to launch 12 spring and summer shades for a collection called "We Run This World." With names that embrace female empowerment, such as "Shatter The Glass Ceiling" and "Future is Female," the collaboration aims to raise awareness for the women's equality in and out of the workplace. 

The company gathered several women from different backgrounds to share what being a strong woman means to them. One of the models was Lauren McGrath, a makeup artist and filmmaker who shared that, "To me, the unifying vibe behind all strong, independent women is going after the things we want in this life (according to our own standards and not anyone else’s), letting go of expectations and societal norms, and unapologetically living out the existence our souls feel called to. Boom."

The polishes are all five-free and made in the United States. Each bottle retails for $7.50 and can be purchased at www.misacosmetics.com.
