1. Apply a base coat, followed by two coats of Polish ‘M Tickets Please!
2. Use DND Vivid Violet to stamp a confetti image with Sugar Bubbles’ New Year’s plate (SBS04).
3. With the same plate, stamp two champagne glasses using black polish.
4. Add gold accents to the bubbles inside and above the glasses with a striper brush and finish with Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.
