1. Apply Bio Seaweed Gel Black Magic to the entire nail and cure.
2. Cut nail foil into thin strips.
3. Place the nail foil smoothly down and secure with Bio Seaweed Gel Top Gel. Cure.
4. Paint on white stars with gel-polish. Cure. Apply top coat and cure.
