1. Create a green diagonal stripe in the middle of the nail.
2. Paint the remaining space red.
3. Make candy cane stripes on the red. Use a dotting tool to make white “popcorn strands” alongside the green stripe.
4. Apply multicolored sequins to the green stripes. Apply top coat.
