1. Prep nails and apply a base coat. Cure. Apply one thin coat of Pink Smoothie by Gelish. Apply a second coat and cure.
2. Using Akzentz Gel Play in white, make three dots in a triangular pattern where you would like your hearts. Connect the dots to create hearts.
3. With a striping tool and Hot Rod Red by Gelish, make arrows going through the hearts. Cure.
4. Apply top coat and cure.
