1. Polish nail with a glittery red gel-polish (Gelish Hot Rod Red). Cure.
2. Use acrylic paint to create a white rectangular head and a black top hat.
3. Use acrylic paint to create a green-blue scarf and a red ribbon across the hat. Add eyes, eyebrows, a carrot nose, and a charcoal smile to the face.
4. Add details to the face, hat, and scarf. Paint a white asterisk-like snowflake on the top hat and scarf. Apply top coat and cure.
