1. Apply two coats of Akzéntz Gel Play Glitter in Gold, curing between coats. (You could also use a gold chrome.)

2. Use CND Duraforce gel top coat to create the black rectangle, then add Wildflowers Nails glitter to the area. Use a gel brush to push the glitter into the perfect shape and cure.

3. Apply gold striping tape of any size to add another gold dimension.

4. Use builder gel to adhere Swarovski crystals to the area covered with the striping tape. Inset the crystals to look like jewelry. Add a dangling gemstone with a piercing.
