1. Apply Gelish Foundation and cure. Apply two coats of Gelish Arctic Freeze and cure. Use a detailing striper brush and Young Nails Mission Control Gel in black to outline the lips and fangs. Cure.
2. Apply 2-3 coats of DND Ferrari Red to the lip section, curing each layer.
3. Apply Gelish Matte Top It Off. Cure. Apply DND Dark Scarlet to the bottom lip and add a few drips to the outside of the lip to create a blood affect. Cure.
4. Add highlights on lips and blood using Gelish Arctic Freeze. Cure. Seal blood and highlights with Young Nails Synergy Gloss Gel and cure.
