1. Apply two coats of OPI Black Onyx and cure. Apply Gel II No Cleanse Top Coat and cure.
2. With a makeup sponge, apply Whats Up Nail Paradise chrome powder to the nail. Top with Gel II No Cleanse top coat and cure.
3. Apply striping tape to the nail to create a negative space design and apply another layer of Gel II Top Coat. Do not cure. Sprinkle loose glitter onto the nail and cure for two minutes. Remove tape from the nail and brush off excess glitter.
