1. Start with two coats of CND Shellac in Gypsy, curing between each coat.

2. Using a gel brush, dab on Akzéntz Gel Play Glitter in Golden Nugget in a splotchy pattern to give the design a textured look and cure. (You could also use a foil product to create this look.)

3. Use a thin art brush and CND Shellac in Black Pool to create the edging and some tie detail and cure.

4. Use black acrylic (or a 3-D paste/gel product) to create a bow. Finish off with gel top coat, being careful to avoid the 3-D bow details, and cure.
