1. Polish the nail on a diagonal using red and black. Cure.
2. Use matte top coat to give it a dry look.
3. Use a mustard yellow to write out the word “love” and cure. Write out the word “love” with clear coat and cure again.
4. Rub chrome powder on top of the word and seal it with clear top coat. Decorate with Swarovski crystals.
