1. Apply base coat and cure. Apply two coats of Color Club Gel in Where’s the Soiree. Cure between each coat.
2. Paint a half moon shape in Color Club Gel’s White at the base of the nail.
3. Continue with white to paint a thin line over the curve of the half moon. With a dotting tool, draw three dots over the curve and cure. Finish with Presto Matte Top Gel and cleanse.
