1. Apply a white base using gel-polish or hard gel and cure.
2. Using hard gel or a deeply pigmented gel-polish, apply a thin layer of white, neon green, and neon pink vertically on one side of the nail. Do not cure.
3. Blend the three colors with a brush, moving from one side to the other until you get the desired blend, then cure.
4. Add different sized black dots over the green and pink ombre. Cure and apply top coat.
