1. Apply a pink glitter base gel-polish. Add holo glitter.
2. Apply another layer of pink glitter.
3. Using white gel paint, add petals to create a rose or other flower.
4. Apply your choice of rhinestones or crystals and finish with a gel top coat. Take care not to cover the rhinestones/crystals.
