1. Paint two coats of light blue polish (Essie’s Find Me An Oasis).

2. Use a small detail brush to make a grid of diagonal lines with tan polish (Essie’s Sand Tropez).

3. Use a small detail brush to make small square blobs beginning with a darker blue polish on the stick, followed by blocks of white on top.

4. Make a triangular blob on top of the white with red polish (Essie’s E-nuf is E-nuf), and then use a striping brush with your base color to clean up the sides of the popsicles. Apply top coat.
