1. Paint the entire nail with white gel-polish and cure. Apply a matte top coat and cure. Wipe the inhibition layer. Use a red ink (GelliCo Gel Ink) to carefully paint stripes. 

2. Use a light blue ink to shade the top portion of the nail, being careful not to cover any of the red. 

3. Use a dark blue ink to add depth to the blue area. Let air dry for 30 seconds.

4. Use a small liner brush and white gel paint to add the stars and cure. Finish with a glossy top coat.
