1. Coat the nail with Presto Clear Gel as a base and add silver foil.
2. Add a thin amount of Presto Clear Gel. Dab on clear blue gel-polish and clear green gel-polish and blend slightly.
3. Repeat the previous step to make the blue and green stand out.
4. Add Presto Clear Gel followed by silver sequins on the bottom edge. Cure. Apply IBD hard gel to adhere a Western-style stud in the middle of the nail. Apply Color Club non-wipe top coat and cure.
