1. Polish the nail frosty blue. Load a striper brush with white paint and make a cross, then add a diagonal cross.

2. Load a liner brush with white paint and make two lines at the ends of the first cross, then one line at the ends of the diagonal cross.

3. Load a liner brush with white paint to make several criss-cross accents.

4. Load a stylus with white paint to make dots. Add a rhinestone in the center and silver glitter polish throughout.
