1. Polish the nails with white gel-polish and cure.
2. Use pink and purple gel-polish to make random dots all over the nails.
3. While polish is wet, saturate a small brush with acetone and tap all over the nail to create a watercolor effect. Cure.
4. With a fine detail brush, paint details with white gel-polish and cure when done. Seal with top coat and cure.
