NAILS publisher Cyndy Drummey accepts her Maggie Award (the 17th Maggie Award for the NAILS team!) at a ceremony south of Los Angeles.
On May 2, 2008, NAILS publisher Cyndy Drummey was honored with a Maggie Award from The Western Publications Association. Drummey won Best Editorial/Signed Essay for a Trade Publication for her As I See It column “5 Things You Aren’t Supposed to Say About the Nail Industry” (August 2007).
The Maggies are awarded for editorial, design, and promotional excellence. Trade and consumer magazines published west of the Mississippi River are qualified for the awards. The Western Publications Association (WPA) is a non-profit trade association working to advance the business of print and electronic magazines in the western United States.
