1. Polish the nail frosty white. Starting at the eponychium, apply sparkly blue polish in wisps, creating a ragged look.
2. Apply Zoya polish in Yummy, again in wisps, underneath the blue.
3. Apply white polish at the free edge. Add strokes of turquoise polish. Apply a clear glitter top coat.
