1. Paint the nail with a thin coat of CND Vinylux Grand Gala.
2. Create a fade from the free-edge with CND Vinylux Chiffon Twirl and a sponge.
3. Apply a slow drying top coat and delicately place pearl studs. Start with one larger pearl for the center and place smaller pearls above it in a curve to create a moon.
