1. Polish the nail with OPI’s Ink.
2. Use water-based white acrylic paint to create circles of varying sizes.
3. Use water-based bright pink acrylic paint to create circles over some of the white circles, with some of them centered and some off-center.
4. Over the off-center pink circles, create smaller white acrylic circles. Sparingly apply INM’s Out the Door Holographic Silver Top Coat on various parts of the purple background. Apply regular clear top coat over the entire nail.
