1. Paint the nail with black acrylic paint.
2. Using acrylic paint, draw the outline of a white skull.
3. Add nose, four teeth, eyes, and cracks using black paint. Accent the skull with gray paint.
4. Use green paint to add vines. Accent with yellow paint. Apply top coat.
