See nails on the runway at the 06:56 mark. Beauty Changes Lives (BCL) held its fourth annual event following the first day of ABS Chicago. The BCL Experience, #ShoutYourBeauty, featured NextGen hairstylists and nail artists walking the runway with their models at Chicago's Soldier Field. For the second year in a row, nails rocked the runway with CND's NextGen artists who were the Top 3 finalists in the NAILS Next Top Nail Artist competition.
