3. Fill the center of the dots with smaller red dots to create the rings of the Olympic patch. Using black paint, draw a face; outline the face and hair. Draw shoulders connecting to the mittens. Draw small triangles on the ends of the horizontal lines. Paint a black line across the bottom of the tip and fill in. Create the shape of a hood at the top. Highlight the mittens with a light blue paint, and the hood with white paint. Lightly highlight the top of the arms and coat closures. Seal with top coat.
