1. Polish the nail red.
2. With a striping brush, add short blue stripes along both sides of the nail.
3. With a striping brush, add short white stripes along both sides of the nail.
4. With a striping brush, add short silver glitter stripes along both sides of the nail. Accent the ends of a few stripes with star-shaped rhinestones. Apply top coat.
