PEP the natural nail. (Perform a manicure. Eliminate surface contaminants. Purify the nail plate with ScrubFresh.) Apply a thin layer of Shellac Base Coat and cure in the CND UV lamp for 10 seconds. Apply two thin layers of Shellac Cream Puff and cure each layer for two minutes.
