1. Paint half the nail with a sheer shimmer polish.
2. Paint the other half of the nail with a chrom polish, leaving a small space between colors.
3. Place two strips of black striping tape at the end of each color.
4. Glue crystals to the negative space.
5. Add more crystals and studs. Apply top coat to the entire nail, avoiding the top of the crystals.
