Pantone named not one, but two colors of the year for 2016. For the first time, Serenity and Rose Quartz have both been named the shades to pair together for 2016. The duo creates balance and adds a light, refreshing touch for a soft statement. Couture nail artist Victoria Zegarelli (@nailbarlounge) of Long Island, N.Y., created these dual-hued tips to show what nail art is possible with the pairing.
