Using green acrylic, design the dragon’s head on a nail form. Add a white eye with a black pupil. Define the mouth in black. Apply gold acrylic in between the spikes on the dragon’s head. Attach the head to the end of the body. Brush the body with green glitter, and apply rhinestones randomly. Seal with top coat.
