As salons approach their busiest season of the year—traditionally the high season for gift certificate sales as well—it’s not a bad idea to think about how to make the most out of gift certificate sales and hot to turn those potentially one-time clients into long-term clients.

We’re going to be here for you next month, next year, next century, and into the next millennium, just like we are today.

Leave it to the first female president of the BBSI to get to the real heart of our industry and put forth a call to action that was simply about being a little nicer to people and putting the human touch back into our business dealings.
