Happy New Year to all! It’s always hard to reflect back on the past year, knowing how time has flown by! It’s been almost nine months since Polish Salon opened its door for business, and it still seems new to us. We have accomplished a lot. It's evident when I look back at all the photos we have taken during this journey. Starting out with a blank slate and looking at it now I have to just smile. Opening a new salon is a big undertaking, even when you do it small like we did.

2013 is going to be a good year for us professionally. We are finally building repeat customers and Natalie still gets excited when clients ask for her! We had a banner week just before Christmas and already we can see that this coming year should put us financially where we want to be. Our goal is that at the 2-year mark we should be doing well, and when we look back at 2012 we have met the rent and bills from the day we opened, so we can’t complain.

It’s been especially gratifying to help some of you who have been reading the blog. I have had many ask for more information on the pedi platform, so I am putting that together now and will post soon.

Polish Salon is still our "happy place to work and be creative at what we love to do" and we have not forgotten that. We have achieved all our goals this past year and now it’s time to set new ones!

Happy New Year from Polish Salon!
