It's one street over from the previous location I'd originally wanted (that didn't work out) AND the rent it cheaper from that other choice.
Now I can breathe: The new address for Bmore is 400 W. Saratoga St., 1F, Baltimore, MD 21202. The great thing about it not much needs to be done! It's in the heart of downtown Baltimore, down the street from the subway -- just what I wanted traffic wise.
My next stop is a walk through with the plumber.
