All of us at the salon carpooled to the International Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE) at the beginning of the month. Our employees learned about OPI’s new soak-off gels with the educators at the show. We’re going to be pushing these new gels heavily at the salon.


In other news, I’m happy to say that the team of employees hasn’t changed at all since our salon opening. I still have to ask employees to volunteer to not work certain hours and days in order to save on payroll expenses in this economy. Some employees have opted to work less here and to work more in other salons for the time being.
