We just opened up a brand new state-of-the-art laundromat. We have some space right in the front, where we are adding a small nail salon and may be a tanning booth to attract more customers for multibusiness under one roof.  Any suggestions?

Hi Mano,
I remember trudging to the laundromat with loads of laundry (and a baby). I was fixated on making sure I got to the dryers before anyone else and would feel like I won big if I was able to get my own section of three to four dryers immediately after pulling my clothes out of the washer. I think a no-chip mani would be the best offering if there is an interest in attracting laundromat customers. Since the no-chip mani offers zero dry time with no smudging, customers wouldn't have to worry about ruining their nails when they return to the laundry.

Laundromat and nail salon...an unusual combination but if your area is in need and has a demand for both business, then why not? You should be the one to provide the people with what they need. Sometimes as entrepreneurs we are so caught up on fulfilling our dreams of becoming business owners that the basic principles of business like supply and demand are forgotten.  Go get 'em!
