Hi Alica,
Your story is very inspiring. My wife and I are looking to start a nail salon. I presume the very first step is to find and secure a location. Did you have to start paying rent right away or were you able to negotiate the first few months free to allow you time to get up and running?
Thanks,
Corey

Hello Corey,

I am so glad my story was inspiring to you. Congratulations to you and your wife on your decision to start a nail salon. Finding the location for your salon is key. As far as the rent, we did not have to begin paying immediately. The landlord offered a special for a month free, and to get started we only needed a deposit. During our search we did find a number of vendors who were willing to work out a deal. After weighing all the options we settled on our current location.

I wish you and your wife the best on your salon.
