My broker and I have been back on the look out. He sent a mass e-mail around the city to alert everyone with available space that I am still looking for a place. We got a lot of responses, some in undesirable neighborhoods and others in decent -- but not my target --areas.

So I sent out an e-mail to ask my clients if they were willing and able to come to those areas. Plus, I'm trying to look up the demographics for the area, including the median income, so I'll know what I'm looking at if I decide to take a look at the spaces. I have two meetings to look at spaces next week on Wednesday and Friday and hopefully my broker and I can set up more. I will have pictures from the meetings in my next post so keep a look out!

I almost forgot! I do have a backup plan in case all else fails by the November 15. There is a space I've had at the very bottom of my list since I've been trying to nail down a space these last six months. If nothing else happens by the 15th, I'm taking it. Details to come later on this as well.
