Only two more weeks, and we will welcome 2013. I can't believe it. Time flies by when you're so busy. I wish I could stop time, so I could finish everything I want to do. But regardless, it's time for me to take a little inventory on my salon.

No, I'm not talking about just my retail supply but...everything. I could use a little more decor, replace a few cabinets that don't quite fit into the space, and upgrade my break room.

But most of all, it's time to look at my staff and see who doesn't fit and who needs improvement. I hate to see my techs have a disagreement, and am I supposed to pick a side? Why is it so hard to find a good nail tech?

Maybe the new year will bring new techs and a new attitude.
