In addition to smoky eyes and side-swept bangs, Cosmo recommends bright toenails. According to the magazine, "Men tend to view feet as very sensual and private, so it's sexy to catch a glimpse of your toes decked out in an eye-catching polish. Another sultry look: electric eyes, straight bangs, and bright fingernails. The magazine says, "We look down at them all day, so the pop of color there is cool for you. It's wild and unexpected."
