InStyle chatted with Patrick Dempsey about his thoughts on women wearing smokey eyes, red lipstick and false lashes. “I find it attractive when women enhance their natural beauty with just a little bit of makeup,” Dempsey tells InStyle. Regarding black nail polish, “depends on the time, the place, and what you’re wearing, but if it fits your personality, go for it,” he says.
