Week 2: All Fun & Games

The second challenge of NAILS’ Next Top Nail Artist season 3 is sponsored by Akzentz. In 2014, Akzentz launched its specially formulated gel-art collection called Gel Play. Its rich pigmentation and wide variety of colors (including glitters) make Gel Play super fun to play with; that’s why this challenge is about games. We asked our contestants to recreate their favorite board game on a set of 10 nail tips.

To show off the results, we asked our contestants to post step-by-step photos of their creations to Nail Art Gallery. We’ve also posted all of the entries on the Week 2 Challenge page.

Our judges, including this week’s guest judge, Gina Silvestro of Akzentz, will be looking over the entries carefully. You too can have a say. Vote for your favorite artist to make sure he or she stays in the competition.

Voting will be open until Thursday, September 17 at 11 am PST. On Thursday evening we will share who is in the top and who is in the bottom. The challenge’s winner and eliminated contestant will be announced on Friday, September 18, so make sure and check back here to get the results.
