In honor of Orly’s Spring collection, Pastel City, we’re asking contestants to create a street art-inspired set of nails with a pastel palette only. Art must be completed on 10 actual nails (or tips on a model) using lacquer and gel-polish only (no embellishments, other Orly products can be used as well, but PASTEL ONLY). A 300 word description and step by step tutorial on Nail Art Gallery should illustrate the creative process.
The winner of this week’s challenge will score a professional prize pack from Orly valued at $500!
