Five nail students have been awarded a Spring 2016 BCL | CND | Tippi Hedren Nail Scholarship. Each student will receive tuition compensation up to $5,000 toward a qualified nail education program.
Beauty Changes Lives held its fourth annual event following the first day of ABS Chicago. The BCL Experience was titled Shout Your Beauty and featured NextGen artists walking the runway with their models at Chicago's Soldier Field.
