Ta's letter speaks to the dangers of Newsom's claims and points out that the salon industry is one that was heavily regulated prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ta says that he is "hopeful" the governor will take this into consideration and "work with this industry to develop further measures that will improve the health and safety of workers and customers."
