As part of ongoing mentoring programs, the company welcomed 35 girls on a tour of its facility and shared a behind-the-scenes look at a number of different careers available in the beauty industry. Last February, SpaRitual released a Step Up polish color, donating 20% of the color's proceeds to the organization.
