The Professional Beauty Association Scruples Scholarship for New Salon Owners awards a new salon owner with $1,000 that can be used toward business or technology education and/or salon resources. New salon owners whose salon has been open for 12 months or less (as of 12/31/17) and has four or fewer stylists (W-2 employees) are eligible. Hair services must be offered at the salon to be eligible.
